Welcome to Vanaheim Swedish Vallhunds located in the beautiful Coromandel of New Zealeand.

We are a small but highly successful establishment with a passion for pedigree dogs spanning 5 generations of our family from the 1930's.  Alongside our breeding partners Rahkantra we are dedicated to the preservation of this ancient all-purpose farming breed, also known as Vastgotaspets. 

 

We are consistently striving to produce and exhibit sound, elegant, intelligent, healthy and genetically diverse Swedish Vallhunds of harmonious beauty while paying particular attention to conformation and temperament.  All our Vallhunds are fully health tested, clear eye certified, hip scored and genetically diversity tested.

We are proud to be working with beautiful Imported champion and award-winning lines from Sweden, Australia, UK, Finland and the USA.
